Community Day Events

To bring players together and make rare Pokemon a little easier to hunt, our server occasionally hosts special Community Day Events. These are limited-time server events focused around a specific species of Pokemon.

What is a Community Day?

During a Community Day, a randomly selected (or staff-chosen) Pokemon species will experience a massive outbreak across the server.

While the event is active, you can expect the following bonuses for the featured Pokemon:

Massively Increased Spawn Rates: The featured Pokemon will spawn everywhere it naturally can, in much higher numbers than normal.

Boosted Shiny Rates: Your chances of finding a shiny version of the featured Pokemon are significantly increased for the duration of the event.

Special Drops: Depending on the specific event configuration, defeating or catching the featured Pokemon might yield bonus items or extra experience.

How to Participate

You do not need to type any special commands or travel to a specific area to participate in a Community Day.

When an event begins, there will be a global announcement in the server chat and on our Discord server. The announcement will tell you:

Which Pokemon is the featured species.

What biomes or areas you need to be in to find them.

How long the event will last.

Simply travel to the correct biome, run around to generate spawns, and start catching or battling!

Tips for Community Days

Stock up on Pokeballs: You will run through your supply very quickly. Make sure you craft or buy plenty of Pokeballs before the event begins.

Use the EV Dojo/Daycare: If you catch a perfect shiny during the event, don't forget you can use the EV Dojo or the Daycare system to train it up quickly!

Trade your extras: If you catch multiple shinies or Pokemon with perfect IVs, the Global Trade System (GTS) is a great place to sell your extras to players who might have missed the event.
